Three years ago, I Joined Vogue Sourcing as an IT apprentice. I was eager to learn and excited to get my foot into the fashion world, where it is fast paced and ever evolving. I am now fully qualified and thriving in a role I love. Working at vogue in the technical side of the company I can see the fusion of technology and fashion intertwine.
One of the biggest reasons I’ve stayed and grown here is the Girlhood community. It’s not just a buzzword or a brand slogan. It’s a real, everyday feeling. We’re ambitious, driven, and passionate about what we do. But we also know how to have fun and lift each other up. There’s a special kind of energy in working somewhere that celebrates both creativity and hard work, and that encourages every team member, regardless of department, to bring their full self to the table.
The past three years have been full of growth. I’ve tackled everything from technical support and system upgrades to working closely with creative teams to deliver innovative solutions. I’ve been pushed outside my comfort zone, but always with support and encouragement from the people around me.
It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel both challenged and genuinely at home. Here, I’ve found just that. The combination of fashion-forward thinking, a tech-friendly culture, and a powerful sense of community has made this more than just a job, it’s a space where I’ve truly found my stride.
