Vogue Sourcing is an owner-led, UK-based design and supply chain partner founded in 2018 by sisters Anita Mehan and Rita Abrol. The company was created to meet the evolving needs of UK and international retailers through a smarter, more agile approach to fashion supply.

Bringing together complementary strengths and deep industry insight, Anita and Rita built Vogue Sourcing on the values of quality, service, and cutting edge design. Today, we connect creative innovation in the UK with world-class manufacturing across our global supply chain, and we’ve grown quickly by delivering what we promise.

Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and built on strong relationships, we collaborate with global retailers to create fashion that connects with today’s consumer. From our UK design studio to our sourcing hubs across Europe, Asia, and the Far East, we combine experience, creativity, and reliability, doing things the right way from concept to delivery.

Meet Our Leaders

  • Anita Mehan

    Founder
    Anita began her career at the age of 18, working alongside her father as his right-hand person and learning the fashion trade. With entrepreneurial drive and a sharp instinct for product, she went on to build Visage Group into a successful business, before co-founding Vogue Sourcing in 2018. Anita’s true passion lies in product development; she thrives on being in the factories, discovering the next bestselling styles. Her wealth of industry knowledge is matched by a genuine love for fashion that continues to inspire those around her.

  • Rita Abrol

    Founder
    Rita has grown up in the fashion industry alongside her sister Anita....with both parents in the fashion trade. Her Father worked in wholesale, followed by Importing and her Mother ran retail stores, so it’s in her blood! Rita began working at Visage in July 1992, and in 1996 she took over the knitwear division at Visage. She continued to run this until she left in 2017. Rita has worked in fashion for 33 years and continues to have a strong passion and love for fashion.

    Chief Financial Officer
    Jade is a dedicated and dynamic finance professional with over 20 years’ experience across varied sectors, including privately owned manufacturing and retail businesses. She has a proven track record of driving financial performance and turning numbers into narratives that support strategic decision-making. Committed to partnering with business owners to achieve ambitious growth objectives, Jade excels in financial management. Her leadership skills empower teams to exceed targets while fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

    Chief Operating Officer
    Jane has extensive global experience across manufacturing, sourcing and operational excellence in commercial businesses. She is a serial entrepreneur, having set up and sold several international businesses, she is well known for establishing Nv Production and the Next Sourcing Operation, and spent over 25 years working and living in Europe and Asia. She loves to be on the ground with suppliers, and our teams and believes that training and empowering strong people is what counts.

    Finance Director
    Aga is a results-driven finance professional with over 10 years of experience across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, retail, and corporate services. Known for translating complex financial data into clear, strategic insights, Aga supports executive decision-making and long-term growth planning. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and financial stewardship, Aga partners closely with stakeholders to drive performance and profitability.
